  1. I was 271 in august got my suregy August 6 today I'm 209 yay I'm excited :)

    I still not use to going to clothing stores fitting a large and it fits it freaks me out omg my mom tell me everyday u not big anymore so stop thinking that and I will stop wanted to share my news :)

  2. I am with you..I eat seafood 6 days a week! It is the only food that I actually enjoy now. Everything else is is chore...

    Do you know why it like that I can't even eat bacon I'm like my tummy is so sensitive


  3. I agree i was sleeved sept 10 and have list 11 pds and that was the first 2 wks been dtalled ever since. BUT i have lost 11 inches so I know its working i just have to stop comparing myself to others here.

    I feel like I lost inches but I workout everyday and it just feel like the scale not moving


  4. I feel the same way! but the reality is' date=' every pound lost is a step toward my goal. I get so caught up in other people's pace, that I am not noticing my success so far. We are all going to lose differently. I just make sure that I am doing the right thing (Protein, Water, low carb, low fat, low calorie) and my body will do the rest. Hang in there, we are slowly but surely getting close to our goal :)[/quote']

  5. I haven't been sleeved yet' date=' but maybe you should think of it as for every ounce/pound lost is an ounce/pound you WILL NEVER GAIN BACK AGAIN :) Isn't that nice. Bet you couldn't say that before. By the end of the month, add up all those ounces/pounds you have lost so far and I'll bet you will be happy.
