  1. How much water are have you gotten in today and are you on a clear liquid or full liquid diet. I am on a liquid diet and I have drank 24 ounces, some jello and a popsicle today so far. Still cramping though and was nauseated about an hour ago.
  2. So how much should I be drinking at one time? When I drink or suck jello, I get very bad cramps. I just got out of the hospital yesterday and it was worst in the hospital. The cramping is lower abdomen not upper, it only happens when I take in something by mouth. Any suggestions anyone?
  3. I got the patch behind my ear and they are alternating phnergan and zofran, it is not helping at all.
  4. Hi everyone, surgery went well but I have sick since coming to my room yesterday at 1030am. Vomiting everything I put in my mouth, not keeping anything down. Very nauseated. Only walked twice yesterday to sick. Got to stay another night for iv fluids and iv pain meds. Had to go to specials for a Picc line after being stuck 15 times for Iv and labs. Hoping everyone else is doing well.

  7. I just went through a simular situation. I was approved for the bypass but that was never discussed in any of my appointments. I was at the mercy of the insurance company and orginally they told me than can take up to 30 days to change the code to a sleeve. I was devasted! Everything worked out, this all happened last week and surgery was already set for the 16th so I know how you feel when you almost got your hand around something that you really want and then it's snatched away from you. Hang in there, you will get your sleeve!
  8. I purchased the unjury chicken because of recommendations from everyone, I haven't tried it yet because of what Pre-op loser619 stated above, I will not be adding anything else new until I know that I am alright after surgery. and I DO NOT like the isopure at all!

So far I have done good except when I got bad news on Tuesday, I back on track now and the weight is still coming off. We will be packing before we no it! Good luck to everyone! Hsve a wonderful weekend.

  15. My doctors office called and informed me that my insurance orginally ok'd the gastric bypass. The resubmitted me for the sleeve last week and as of today the insurance has no answer, they told the nurse that they have 30 days to reply. This is bad because I wont be able to get off work if they change it from the 16th of this month! I so pissed! Been on liquid diet for 10 days!
