Working on day 10 pf pre-op diet! Not sure what I'm feeling, stating busy with the computer and school. Just trying to stay occupied.

The forums and topics have really been a blessing this week. I have laughed and cried and have gotten excited too. I like some advice and others I just keep my mouth shut, at the end of the day this is my body and only I will have to live with my results.I am having a great time at VST nd I am very happy that I have joined up with some good people for conversation, advice, and laughs. Thanks so much!

Hello everyone, Day 6 almost over, aout to fix some cjicken broth, jello, and vitamin water for supper then my last protein shake before 8 pm. All is well, got my preop date for this coming Monday. Lets see how the weekend will go.

Toay is day 5 of my preop diet, 3 shakes and 1 meal a day. I survived yesterday and according to MY scale I am down 13 pounds since I weighed in at the Doctors office on June 27th!!

I was told that I have to drink the Isopure Protein Water after surgery are the any other recomendations to get your protein in because that stuff is HORRIBLE!!!!!!

I'm for days into my Preop diet, needed some addition support so I have been searching the web and zi found tis site. So many emotions that I am feeling since Sunday and so many, many questions to ask.
