I haven't started to lose any hair yet. I have started to take optisource chewable vitamins for post bariatric surgery the past 3 days and have lost 3.4 pounds. I'm taking that along with calcium citrate and biotin daily. I have increased my water intake. -

Surgery October 25 and have lost 16 lbs since surgery. I have had one fill. For the past three weeks I have been extremely hungry and have only lost 1 pound. I will call tomorrow to see if I can get another fill I think I need one to accelerate my weight loss and Help with my hunger. What do you guys think I should do next? -
