  1. I'm stalled too at 31/2 weeks out and it's frustrating because I'm eating so little and have been very active. Ahhhh I just want to scream.
  2. I feel your frustration. I am 3 1/2 weeks out and this past week I have lost a big fat 0. It's even more frustrating that I was super active this week. I think I'll take piplulas advice and start tracking my inches lost.
  3. Awesome! Let me know how it goes :-)
  4. http://www.verticalsleevetalk.com/topic/47597-my-story-pre-op-through-5-days-post-op-i-hope-this-will-help-some-pre-sleevers-out-there/?forceDownload=1&_k=f224cf0495370dc82424f5421df86b62

  6. Yes you can change the calories by logging on to the web page, unfortunately the app does not allow this :-(
  7. Damn girl! Your an inspiration!
  8. I agree i hate the F word. I just cant bring myself to use this adjative on another person.
  9. I used the Ecig for the first week and then was ok, however after surgery it has been difficult because for me it's the hand to mouth motion (I suppose the reason I became heavy). I just try and work past the cravings and when it becomes overwhelming I grab a lolly pop :-). Hang in there! I hear chantix works great.
  10. I am craving pickles something awful!
  11. I am 4 weeks out and find myself craving a cigarrette because that's the next best thing, however I gave that up too. I need a new vice. I was thinking working out would be a healthy vice to vent frustrations, but i can't really exert myself this early post op. I've just been swimming and walking when I'm stressed.
  12. My surgery was July 30th. Yesterday I was turning myself over in bed and experienced a sharp pain by my largest incision. When I press on the incision this morning, I can feal a finger tip size lump. Has this happened to anyone? I am out of town, and this is kind of freaking me out.
  13. I am physically unable to over eat. My new stomach only allows 5 bites.
  14. I find that this has been the most difficult thing to overcome. I tried not drinking pre-op to condition myself for what was to come, however it is much diifferent post-op as I feel like food goes down so slow and my first reaction is to grab liquid. Ahhh I guess this is the price to pay.
  15. Whether you fall means nothing at all, it's whether you get up!~ Tracy Bonham
  16. Does biotin come in liquid form? I am 3 weeks out and I can't swallow any pills yet, however I really want to prevent future hair loss if at all possible.
