  1. Can you mix the yogurt with something? I mix it with my Protein shakes and it makes them taste better! I use Fage Greek. Good luck!

    Tall skinny lite latte with 3 splenda and sugar free caramel or vanilla syrup. 100 calories, 12 oz, 9 g protein, o fat. I don't count carbs but I just looked on my app and it's 14. They have an app, so you can customize your drink beforehand! I stay away from anything sounding like mocha chino, frappachino! Some days, I get the latte for the extra protein when I just can't eat a lot!

    Sugar Free Jello Pudding Mixes?

    I don't have a super target! I'm not getting all of my calories in, so thought I could add some protein into the pudding mix! I was leaning toward pistachio or cheesecake, but thinking cheesecake could be weird tasting!

    Breakfast-fried egg in no fat spray, fat free cheese on top 1 veggie sausage Lunch-Protein shake-bariatric advantage-one scoop banana, one chocolate, 1/2 cup fage yogurt, tsp chia seeds Dinner- 4 oz turkey burger, melted cheese 1/4 cup cooked zucchini Water so far 70 oz Vitamins-check Snack-either protein pudding or sugar free nonfat froyo with soy nuts

    I take Miralax every day and have no cramping or problems at all! I have gas but I think that goes along with this surgery:(

  13. I think you're doing great! I agree with Dorrie-maybe switch the potatoes for some veggies or more protein? I've also started adding 1/2 cup of berries which is carbs but good carbs.
