One of the biggest concerns I have is that I have to stop taking estrogen 2 weeks prior to surgery and 3 weeks after. Can you say HOT FLASHES?!?!?!?!? My doctor told me it was necessary to decrease the chance of blood clots.

Here is a way to find some of Dr. Barker's patients... go to Patients at the top of the screen, then Patient Search. From there choose Dr. Barker's name as My Surgeon, then click on Find Patients. -
Sounds great! Do you have to go on a 2 week pre-op liquid diet? I've been reading different posts and it looks like the pre-op instructions vary by doctor.
