I am currently 5 months out and have lost a total of 100 lbs since my HW...and 70 since surgery date. I feel so much better but still have some work to do.

Yesterday was my 5 month anniversary and I am a total of 92 lbs down. Weight loss has definitely slowed but have about 60 to go

Today is my one month anniversary. Down 46 lbs with pre op.

How are the March 6th sleevers doing? I was doing well until this past week. I lost a good friend of mine and then all of a sudden the weight stopped coming off. I am sure my body went into starvation mode since I really didn't eat anything for 3 days. Regardless I feel like I am losing slow

Here is my progress so far:

Pre op starting weight: 318lbs

Surgery date 3/6: 296

1 week 3/13: 289

2 week 3/20:282

3 week 3/27:276

Currently 4/1: 274

44lbs total

22lbs since surgery

At the starbucks on Unser and Southern 5:30 would work for me.

I had a last supper. I didn't go 3000 calories crazy but I did enjoy Red Lobster the night before my pre-op appointment. If you are going to splurg do it now, because later you are definately risking your surgery getting postponed.
