Geez thats what I drink all day. Any chance that you are eating or drinking things with lots of sodium at night that will make you more thirsty?

I crave greek yogurt, apples, bananas and Peanut Butter. The weird thing is I hated pb before surgery.

I'm 14 months out I still get the stomach gurgles. It only happens to me when I eat or drink and only certain foods. And yes sometimes other people can hear it. Can be embarrassing. They get much better the further out you are. Good luck!

I was told to take sublingual B12 2500mcg three times a week for life. I wish I got more energy for taking this but I just dont.

I have lines on my face that I did not have before I lost all my weight. But I would rather look older then be over 100 pounds over weight.

Out of curiosity' date=' are your feet now smaller than they've ever been as an adult, or had you been this size at some point previously?[/quote']
This is the smallest my feet have been as an adult. I never imagined my feet would shrink too.

Best bet for PB is to get PB2. It's powdered' date=' and is real Peanut Butter, just with most of the fat removed. It is great for adding to Protein shakes for flavor, or you can mix it with Water if you want it for dipping and spreading.
You can find it in the health food section of some groceries, or you can order it from Amazon or straight from Bell Plantation.< /p>

Yes, I have tried PB2 for some reason it gives me a horrible stomach acke. But thank you for the suggestion.

Tried the pb a few weeks ago so gross tossed it in the garbage. Was hoping it was going to be halfway decent because I'M so addicted to Peanut Butter since surgery.

This has happened to me a few times and it has always happened when I'VE eaten to much or to fast.

I was told no alcohol for at least one year, and should be only on special occasions. Also, no more than 2 drinks within a 24 hour period.
