I was told to wait 4-6 weeks to go back to work, even though I was not able to go back until I was three months out because of a few issues I had. -
How Many Nights Did U Stay At Hospital?

I had to stay two nights in the hospital. The first day wasn't too bad because of all the pain meds but the second day I was in severe pain. -
I got this twice right after my surgery. Absolutely no fun. I hope you feel better soon.

I'am 5'6" my goal weight is 140. My surgeon and dietician would like me to be 150. I'am 31 years old. I was sleeved the end of April. My weight is190 and I'am in a size14 pants and a xl shirt. -

I put vitamin E oil on mine plus on my stretch marks seems to work good. I have wanted to try mederma; it has good reviews, but everytime I go to the store it is sold out. -

I take mine in the morning and at bedtime, But if I miss a few doses I start to feel more hungry, unless it is just more acid in the stomach. My doctor tells me to take it a half hr before I take anything else and eat. Maybe you need a bigger dose?. -
I just ordered this gum that is for dry mouths it is called biotene dry mouth gum and it is sugar free.I'am hoping that is works.

The only one that I can sometimes tolerate is the EAS advant edge. I have tried Isopure, the new whey and pure protein shots. All those are totally disgusting and make me gag to the point of throwing up. I have also tried some of the Bariwise shakes the flavoer is not to bad but are really sweet and give me a really bad stomach ache. So I just have to keep trying new ones I guess. -

CW 201 Goal 185 today 192.5 Lost -1 this week. Went back to gym this past week which was long overdue. Iam still struggling with fluids only get 20/32oz per day. -
I'am a saltaholic I like tomatoe juice,turkey beef sticks, turkey pepperoni, turkey brats, laughing cow cheese, smoked salmon,and of course pickles.These are a few things that help with my cravings.

I tried the ostrich meat stick. I thought it was pretty good and has lots of protein and even potassium. if you are someone that has low potassium levels its a great way to get some extra in. -
How Much Weight Are You Losing A Month?

I lose between 10-15 per month. But I also have stalls for a week here and there. At the 1st of each month I take measurements of myself and also pictures all four views of myself. Sometimes you can have a month you lose alot of inches but not much weight. -

I have told them several times. They say as long as I'm getting one ounce I'll be fine. And eventually my stomach willl let me have more. But it worries me I had blood work today and all my chemistries where low. I go to the dr next week so will have to talk to them again. Thanks -
This last week when I take my potassium pills I get a severe burning in my throat and stomach that keeps me up for hours. I don't understand whats going on. I have taken potassium for yrs and this has never happend until I had surgery.
