  1. Neeme maybe its reversed psychology, they want us to be sick of the sweet so by the time we are sleeved we want crave it. I bought a pure protein 23g shake and it only has 3G of carbs, and i had the shakes yesterday so that explains the need for more carbs. When I had my previous surgeries I had to do a"cleanse" the day before, this time the doc said wont need too. I'm on day 4 of my 2 week high protein and now I understand why.......
  2. I have been trying figure out, why I feel the way I do. I have not been drinking enough water though, so I gotta step it up and get it in. Today I actually felt the opposite and got so hungry I was at the point of trembling, then later this evening I could barely eat anything....weird for me

  6. I wanted to make sure as many people as possible were able to give me feedback. All of my previous surgeries have been outpatient and I've never had any issues, but I wouldn't be human if I didn't at least ask.... Thanks for sharing your experience.
  7. Thank you all for your input. I meet with my surgeon tomorrow morning and I will ask the my risk. Everyone keep telling because I'm a young patient and is on the small side of the bariatric world that everything will be fine, and if not the hospital is right up the road.
  8. Have any of you heard of the sleeve being done on as an outpatient procedure? Just curious what everyone else experience has a been or will be like?

  13. When I scheduled my surgery I was told that Juice Plus was the choice that my surgeon recommended. Has any used this vitamin or know of anyone that has?
  14. We are sleeve sisters, my surgery date is Oct 24 too!!! My protein diet is going ok, I'm kinda having fun trying out different protein shakes. For breakfast I had a cookies n cream protein shakes (yummy)!!
  15. Wow!! There are quite a few of us that are being sleeved the week of the 22nnd!!! I am too very excited!!
