Same problem here I've lost 68lbs and only lost one pant size

I've honestly has acid reflux for about 3 years before my sleeve. After surgery, I get it every day. No idea why, I've literally just become so used to it I don't pay attention to it. I just got prescribed Pepcid twice a day so ill have to see how that goes. My surgeon warned me about it before surgery and I still decided on going through with it.

Sleeved June 27th and since I started soft foods I've hit a stall as well. I just started exercising with no luck. I'm worried because I gained 2 lbs!

You should really try sugar free ice Popsicles. You can find them at wal-mart. They have been saving butt these past two weeks
