I have heard of this as well. My surgeon gave me a card but i'm only 6 days post op, lol, still on liquids! -
I'm in the waiting room. Enjoying the meds. Lol. Very nervous. And excited. :0)

I feel like I can "feel" my band. I'm five days post op and I can only consume about 1/4 to 1/2 cup at a time. Is this normal?

Thankkkkkk you all sooooooo much. I'm doing very well. Each day is better than the one before. I'm eager to have my full energy level back, but that will come in good time. :0)

Hey!! I'm five days banded and yes yes yes. I phoned my surgeon about the pain when I breathed in the second day. He assured me it was normal. And I slepttttttt likes nobody's business. Lol. Your body needs that right now. It needs to recover. If your getting fluids in, even if it's small, that's good... just keep at it! Your going to do great!!! Each day you will feel much better. -

I was banded on the 6th. I'm not having that issue just yet. But I have read many many many threads that have said the same. So, your definitely not alone. :0)
