  1. I have been having days like that! Just about a week ago, solids just make me miserable, and I've been doing well on them. I basically have gone back to mushie and liquids. I see my Dr. on Friday, hopefully he will have some advice for me. I sure hope this is just temporary for us both.
  2. I'm using just the app as well and can't use/see/update anything. Otherwise i definitely would, I think my profile has my starting weight and I'm down to 163 so definitely would love to change that

  15. Too many caring people are leaving, I wish you would consider staying. People do come here for support and I can see by your post you know exactly how to support people. It does take empathy and understanding and that does seem to be lacking here lately.
  16. mine shows every thread I have ever subscribed to as active again. ugh.
  17. The pre op diet doesn't exclude diet soda so yes you can have them pre op if you really feel it is helping you stay away from food. Just remember after surgery no matter how much you think it will help with something, it is a no go. You might try resisting now to help after surgery but the most important thing is, don't drink them after you are sleeved ( for any reason) better to be safe than sorry:) Best of luck to ya!!
  18. Also you can try swallowing your pills with your protein drink, it helps coat your stomache. Hope your feeling better!
  19. Someone posted about perky jerky being soft so I ordered some from their website. They have 1oz packages and the other poster was so right, it is soft and delicious
  20. You are not suppose to take calcium with your vitamin. It most likely is that, also you should switch if prilosec to night time, it hinders the bodies ability to absorb our vitamins. Take your calcium two hours apart from your vitamins. Good luck I hope this helps
  21. Best of luck Jenn take care!
  22. I had to go in and update the model to my specs. , she starts out at 5'8 and pear shaped... I put in my 5'2 Apple shape and then I saw the difference lol
  23. I've heard that when a person is low in serotonin and dopamine their body will crave/need carbs... Maybe you have a few things going on; it seems you already know you need to up your caloric intake and up your carbs with your exercise routine. You should start that and see how you begin to feel. If you increase your intake and still are feeling down/weak and such perhaps contacting your Dr about your med. dosage would be your next step. Good luck on this and keep yourself in good health ))
  24. Bentley! I was worried about you, I'm so thankful your okay!! Yay@ starting mushies!! Your going to feel so much better, you'll be able to resist that chicken now hehe!!
