    Thanks everyone. Anna. I am pretty sure ill need a tummy tuck too. It's not as bad as I thought but DEFINATELY floppy sadly I'll see..... But I'm saving up already. Ha ha ha!
  2. I've eaten " a bite" of bad things. I e friends go to Cheesecake Factory. I get usually ago tuna appetizer. But then I'll eat a single bite of cheesecake Or a single bite of birthday cake etc. I feel so crappy if I eat more.
  3. Hey All... i'm 3 mo post op (almost) and feel like i eat the same stuff a lot.. i'd like to start a "list" of high Protein healthy Snacks... things we can grab and go or prepare and grab and go. I'll start: Turkey or Ham with a little cream cheese spread on and rolled up (yummy with olives in it too) Handful of Nuts (pistachios, almonds etc..) Piece of string cheese Greek Yogurt Hummus and veggies sugar free pudding Sugar Free Jello

    Hey July Sleevers!

    I was July 11th.. i've lost 53 lbs so far.... down several (2-3) sizes which makes me thrilled! My husband hugged me yesterday and said "Wow.. you are getting so thin" YAY! I'm still a 14/16 and have another umm.. 70ish to go but i'm super happy.

  8. I was in a stall for 10 days. ( at week 3-4) But in that time dropped a size in clothes. Just plug away. It will pass
  9. I would over eat and make bad choices. The reduction of hunger hormone was the most appealing to me. I thought about food all the time! I'm On week 7 now and eating whatever now and I've still eaten say a mozzarella stick but two bites satisfied me vs 5 sticks before My taste buds changed and now I eat less obviously but also crave tomatoes vs cake ( ha ha ha! If youve read my other post) its way easier to make better choices. At a restraunt I want healthier things. Tastes better. . hard to explain. I never thought I'd stop craving French fries Honestly this is one of the best things I've done. I still have a long way to Go but I just got out of " plus size" clothes and that was an awesome feeling!
  10. I had a very strong craving for cake. Like thinking about Cake for 30 Min. I cut up And ate a 1/4 cup of tomatoes instead. It's kind of the same thing right? Actually it tasted amazing to me. Nsv

    i have a sip or two of my husbands usually.. but dont order a glass.... i may at a fancy place but im not sure i'd finish it. otherwise i'd not have enough room for food

    i LOVE eating out... i usually order an app or soup, or i just share.... or a small side salad with chicken. (eat chicken first)

    The wayi look at it. If I wasn't sleeved I'd be ordering it anyway and eating it all. So it's not that different . Except I'm saving my health now I do share when possible my 8 yo is a great eater ang will always share we shared a salad with chicken last might out
  16. Dr Kelly was Doing a revision the week after I was there with a guy who admittedly stretched his through always over eating. I guess he did great for a year and then started just falling back into habits and stretched.

    5 Confessions (Join In)

    I confess that as I'm getting rid of clothes ( when things are too big. I toss in a plastic bin next to dresser) there have been a few things with tags on. I confess that I went in my hot tub before I was supposed to I confess that I still drink a drink about once a week Cranberry vodka usually ( and usually half) I confess that I weigh myself a lot. 2/ day usually

    How Many Pounds?

    I need to lose 130 total. I'm one month plus one week out and down 36. It's slowed to about 3-4/ week now the past two Weeks

So i'm eating well, Protein etc... but i'm not sure if its because i'm eating too fast or what but i eat about 3-4 oz a meal and then all of a sudden i'm SOOOOO full uncomfortably full.... and i notice i can eat a little more than i could like 2 weeks ago (2-3 oz) I still feel kinda hungry at 2 oz.. (where as before I didnt) but then all of a sudden one bite will push me over. I went out to eat yesterday with a friend. I ordered sliders burgers and just ate the burger. They were like maybe 1 1/2" accross (small) I ate not quite two patties... i was fine, fine.. and then all of a sudden bam.. WAY too full that i threw up (first time ever.. not even after surgery) Now i'm panicking that because almost every meal i get this full i'm stretching out my stomach.
  21. all great advice... the last few meals i've been eating slower... I had a flatbread sandwich yesterday (double meat for protein) and it took me all morning nibbling to eat not even half. (which is about the size of a deck of cards... so 4 hours to consume that) but I didnt get sick or too full. so i'm assuming i could prob. eat 1/4 in one 'mealtime' if i was out... i'm goign to hav to try to get a visual cue so i can mentally measure i think when i go out...

    If You Could?...

    i'd make it so that no matter how hard they tried/what they ate/how much they worked out.. the scale would barely move... so they can see how hard it is to lose weight.
  25. this seems like an odd question... but where does the weight go? Do you poop/pee it out? does it just shrink? Do you lose weight when you pee? I know the philosophy of 3500 ca. = a pound.. BUT where does the fat/weight go?
