I, too, had plantar fascitis. I had my Dr. inject my feet.. It put some numbing meds in first and then started the injections. There was a little pain, but it is so much better. We have all tile floors and they are really hard on your feet, plus the weight, of course. Good luck.

Good for you. I am 3 weeks and doing okay. Not losing like I want, but I can eat anything. I am getting my first fill on the 26th. Hope you continue to do great. Dox
