1 month post-op dr appointment was today. Down a total of 27 lbs. Cleared for working out and I can stop crushing my pills!!!
First day back at work - working until 3. A little shaky but I'm not sure if it's nerves or lack of protein....maybe a little of both.
5 days out and I'm actuall hungry. Can't wait to be off liquids.
