Today I hit my 50lb mark and it feels wonderful. This has been a long road but one worth traveling. Good luck to everyone.

I am 1/2 way through my weight loss. I have dropped 3 pant sizes and I am loving my self and body more and more everyday.

My weight loss has slowed down. I am looking for some encourgement to get moving. I was banded on Aug 15th and I am nervous about working out. When I stretch my stomach, I feel a pulling at my port. Has anyone else experience this? If so, How did you deal with it?

I had my 1st post op appointment and I am down 17lbs. I am so estatic. I have already received comments on my appearance. I also had a NSV (non scale victory). I can now climb a flight of stairs without having to stop for 3 mins to catch my breath before moving on. Yay! I am scheduled for my 1st fil on 9/13. I almost got one yesterday however the nurse advised against it since I had a hiatal hernia repaired with the lap band. All is well here, I feel great.
