I know they aren't good choices but like everyone I've messed up a few times.. I'm talking about the amount of food. ur girls are cute.. Another thing any good websites or ideas on good meals.

Started out 266 on 3.5.12 - had to loose 7 before surgery and list down to 248.22 pre op - now I'm just shy away from 2 months and I'm now at 217.5 which equals 48.5 lbs down! Have a goal by December 1 to be at 199! I want to start new year in onederland ! Congrats all !

Get ur Protein in and some cardio when u break it watch out cause 10 pounds is going to fall off. I just went through.this. Good luck

My sleep pattern is much better I sleep.through the entire night without having to.wake up to peer and I don't snore anymore!!! Im only a month and a half post op 40 pounds down!!
