When i started my pre op diet i was at 250. Tomorrow is my last day before surgery and Im at 239. My goal is 140/150ish depending on how i like my body at the time. Getting use to the pre op diet was extremely easy after the first two days. I almost felt like i was going through withdraws those 2 days. But aftere that i felt fine. My surgery is on Thursday and Im extremely nervous. I just wanna get it overwith before my thoughts kill me. Smh

Im sorry i started at 253 every pound counts

Ur only 2 months pre op? U look amazing!!

They wont postpone surgery if they find something. My surgery is the 21st and i had my test done today and i have a hernia thing (can't remember the name) and we are still scheduled for the same day. don't worry. Everything will work out for you. Just pray, as will i. Good luck!! June 26th is my bday btw!

Did anyone have to be cut open completely? Or did everyone have just a few small incision

I just called my dietician and she said that there is a chance that they will have to do open if the liver is not shrunk enough. Im so nervous I do not want an open surgery. They don't know until the day of.

Im so nervous! I had bread sticks too. Im really nervous. What happens if its too big.

Ok so i cheated and had salt and chili powder on my cucumbers. Do u think i will be ok.

I don't understand the whole shrinking the liver thing... What are the chances of it not being shrunk
