    I found pills that dissolve under the tongue at the vitamin shoppe.

    I am so thirsty all the time. All I want to drink is plain water. I can only handle one ounce at a time. I set a timer for every 15 mins and drink an oz of water. That doesn't leave me any room for protein shakes or full liquids. Suggestions?

    Using a cup with a lid that has a hole or spout for drinking helps. Not having your nose go inside whatever you are drinking out of decreases the smell.
