  1. 14 months post up I've learned only weigh urself once a week same and in the morning and with the same amount of clothes be consistent .. Don't do it at night or evening that's when u t ur heavest.. Due to food Intake, Water, your meals. From the day!! Also never weigh urself during that special time of month and Never weigh urself after a big meal or drinking lots of Fluid. Always use bathroom n the am before getting on the scale.. I hope this helps.. U can do it stay encouraged

  2. Bandies!!! Does anyone know what gram of carbs the doc suggest u eat no more than is it 30-50 g.. What is the number of percentage of fat your dr suggest? Also how do you calculate percentage of fat and percentage of weight loss?? Thanks so much after I get a fill I always think of a bunch questions I forget to ask lol ???±???±☺

  3. Omg it hurts so bad and I'm 14 months post op!! Dr said the esophagus is irritated from too much substance or eating to fast.. And it bothers the nerve.. That pain comes I stop eating and take another bite until the next day!! Hope this helps
