Hi Vahonie - I was banded on Wednesday too so I can relate. I find that the gas x really helps and so does a heating pad. In fact, I think the heating pad is more effective. Walking helps too. Hope you feel better today.

Hi Everyone, I figured since I have officially started my two-week pre-op diet I should stop lurking and start posting! I will be having my lapband surgery through the Surgical Weight Loss Center at their Vancouver Clinic on July 18th. I have already found this site to be a great place to search for information and share experiences. Wishing everyone all the best on their journeys!
