I had a third of a scrambled egg with a little salsa juice amazing!!!

I told everyone! Friends, Family and Coworkers, now I know that was maybe a wrong choice. I had to defend myself as to why I was getting it done. Everyone had their opinion about what diet I should go on instead of going under the knife. Well for the last 25 years dieting hasent worked obviously! So this was a pretty private and personal Quest of mine that I really shouldnt have blurted out to the world. I learned my lesson

I have anxiety issues that are monitored by a doctor and i was fine on the day of surgery because they gave me tools to calm down and realize that you are changing your life for the better so buck up! lol it really does work to just say what is the worst that could happen? i loose a few pounds? thats the point!
