T Minus 11 days til marriage counseling... oof.

I'm glad I save so much money on groceries, because I'm spending it all on clothes, vitamins, and cellulite cream.

It feels great to get further and further past that halfway point. 55% there!

I'm glad some of my friends are motivated by me, but i can tell at least one is only out of jealousy.

Only a few more pounds and I'll no longer be "morbidly obese" I'll just be regular obese. Then I set the new bar to "overweight"!

I'm wondering if I need to find a more interesting afternoon snack. This is the second day in a row my string cheese and Chobani bite sat in the fridge at work because I just didn't feel like eating them.

Some times i wonder how the heck people are making things like scrambled eggs or tilapia for lunch. I'm at work during lunch, no way i can break out the frying pan! Lol!

I felt hungry today. Going bonkers I guess.

I slimed for the first time today. I ate my usual breakfast but had a swallow of ice tea 20 minutes later. i guess that did me in.

I'm only eating like 700-800 calories a day. I don't think I should really have to totally cut out carbs, too.

Since i have such a nasty tooth infection my surgeon's office gave me the okay to take ibuprofen temporarily. The liquid form form is so freaking gross, though.

8 days post op is probably a reasonable time for a mini meltdown, right?

Feeling better. Getting peppermint tea down really well.

Surgery was miserable. Feeling better now. Getting liquids down.

Preop testing done. Cleared through my PCP. Now to just hang tight til Wednesday!

Had my EGD done today. Everything was normal. Just have labs and preop clearance next week.

This preop diet is for the birds.

Getting so close to surgery day, but it still feels so surreal. I can't imagine myself at a healthy weight, even though I know it's going to happen.

It's been 3 weeks and no word from insurance. Aren't they supposed to send an approval letter?

I bought a cute t-shirt in a size large as a goal for myself. It looks so small right now, it's hard to believe it would ever fit!!
