  8. Lol!!!! Sharts were a bad problem for me during my first week. While I am only beginning my second week now, they are gone. I have occasional gas but not nearly as much as I did in week one. It was the worst in the hospital and yea you will want to fart and burp. While I was embarrassed at first my nurses cheered me on. You need to get it out.
  9. I am one week out and am allowed to have yogurt, pudding and shakes. That's my "food". Starting next Wednesday I am allowed to move to purees-- eggs, tuna, pureed meat, etc. Check with your surgeon as everyone is on different plans.
  10. I am attending my family's dinner at 3pm today. I plan on just bringing yogurt and eating that. Since I am not the one cooking, I am not tempted.

  16. It is supposed to be. My measuring cup says four ounces on one side and half cup on the other. I use my food scale to ensure I am 100% accurate. So I take it you can eat a half cup?
  17. I have been measuring out four ounces on my food scale and eating it over a half an hour. My doc said I shouldn't finish a meal before 20 mins. Do you think it's okay then? Sorry I am very paranoid now :X
  18. Never got a prescription for one... Now even more worried
  19. Now I am nervous.... I am one week out today. First day on full liquids and four ounces of yogurt, pudding or Protein shakes don't make me feel full.
  20. Is it normal to not get full from four ounces of Greek yogurt? It's chobani non fat vanilla which is not really think? I am only eating what my doctor told me to but I thought I shouldn't be able to finish four ounces.
