I suggest stick with the soup, you can't go wrong.

I second the soup idea.

The Minestrone soup is a good choice but it has Pasta. They have a dish called the, "Venetian Apricot Chicken" which is 500 calories. It's grilled and you will probably have leftovers lol they also have a "Grilled chicken Caesar Salad"

Good Luck :) I love O.G.

I know it's a little late but I went to an Italian restaurant with the family & had the stuffed shells with meat sauce, it was delicious and went down well. I just ate some ( maybe 5 teaspoons) the ricotta& spinach filling and the meat sauce chewed every thing well and made like 6 mini meals with the left overs... )My little one eats the past shell)
