Thank you guys for the support...Everything is going fine. I went to GNC and got a different protein shake. The after taste is horrible but I am determined to make it! I just came back from vacation and it was soooo horrible watching everybody eat, drink and be merry while I was sipping on a protein shake. It was hard but I managed. One week to go until my surgery...wish me luck!
