I love their shakes/puddings when I want something sweet. I also like their chocolate chip pancakes & their carbwise protein bars.

I hate cottage cheese. Or rather, I used to. Now I de-engineer it. I put it in protein shakes, or blend it up with sugar free jello to make yummy protein pudding, whirl it up with chicken or eggs & a shot of mustard as a chicken or egg salad. I also blend 1 small avocado, cottage cheese and dijon mustard & put it on my Kims Magic Pop for a great snack. Nom nom nom.

My doctor said 4-6 weeks due to all the germies in the water. He said there is not enough chlorine in the world to kill all the e choli etc.

Also, when building muscle the body packs on water around the muscles to repair the torn muscles. Just keep doing what you are doing and it will come back off.

They are crunchy so I would say whenever you are cleared for all foods. I didn't find them until I was 6 months out.

Have y'all tried these? I get them at Kroger Marketplace. They make them fresh in the Deli. Kim's Magic Pop is available in plain, onion, strawberry, cinnamon. I eat them with spreadable cheeses like laughing cow or peanut butter when I need a little crunch. Way better than rice cakes cause they are made from wheat & brown rice. 15 calories, 25 sodium & only 3 carbs!!

I didn't find them until I was 6 months out. Could've had them anytime after I was cleared for all foods. They seem to be a slider food unless I put something substantial on them.

I had a corset trunkplasty with tummy tuck muscle tightening. I've had 2 c sections. The muscle tightening was 10-12 times worse than my c sections. That's real talk.

I want to check in with my May 2012 sleeve buddies. Where y'all at? How are you doing? 2 more months to our big 1 year surgiversary! My stats: 5'7. Starting weight: 338 DOS (5-18-12): 288 Current weight: 195 Total lost: 143 pounds. From a jeans size 30 to a size 11/12, tops 30/32 to a LG! Corset trunkplasty is planned for 1 week after my surgiversary. Plastic surgeon estimates 15-18 pounds of skin & fat will come off my stomach alone & will take me from a 12/14 to a 6/8. This is the best decision I've ever made for myself!

I am doing ok. I have had a complication develop with one of incisions & I have an abcess. Struggling to feel somewhat normal.
