I almost was excited to see this and when I started what she is suggesting there is no way she is a bandster.

I would really like to know that as well. I am having a hard time as well. It is so hard to get off track and so easy to go back to old habits. I love this sight because it is real people giving real advice and motivation. Just stay strong

Thank you. Yes I do have to re learn how to eat. I have been having yogurt that seems to be very soothing and it fills me up for the most part. Also I have taken a like to eggs. Have not been a huge fan but they seem to be really good and easy to eat:)
