  1. reading everyones post. i know i am not alone, yet i feel so alone. im depressed now i got this major surgery i was losing up until my 6th month. i have not loss since then. i got down to 217 yayyyyyy and now i am 225 what gives. I gained once i started working out and no im not losing inches my cloths are tighter. ive been to kaiser about 10 times about being dizzy body aches and so on. all of my blood work shows me healthy and well nourshised. so why am i dizzy sometimes, its not vertigo either. i am scared to workout now, fear of gaining more weight. i was doing good 6 days a week 45 min of kick boxing to doing nothing now.

i am so frustrated with this stall. 5 months and no loss. im crying inside really bad. i see others with success and i ask what happened to me. i was doing every thing right those first 6 months and than it stopped and sent me into depression and when i get depressed i eat. i still have restriction but i can get in cals if i eat bad. this sucks.

  2. fidddleman (my husband) miss ou boo. lol. i need this months ago. I do a very intense workout called turbo jam (well not any longer) i gained 5lbs and i think its because of he workout (meaning) it burns from 700-1000 cals an hr I do 45 mins well i only eat like 1200 and was burning all through out the day. well i ended up fainting and still have dizzy spells. so im not sure what to do at this point. i am not working out currently. I see my dr tomorrow to see whats going on. so far all of my levels are good except vit D IS LOW

  3. You need to stop obsessing over the weight and losing it- a positive attitude is more than a state if mind, it's part if self-fulfilling profacy! If you truly believe that having 75% of your stomach removed will not help you become a healthier being, then you are probably going to prove yourself right. Change your thoughts -- change your words -- change your life, I feel sorry for you.

I FEEL SORRY FOR YOU. is not positvie you got it twisted boo boo

  4. holly if you dont have nothing nice to say dont say anything. and dont feel sorry for me, im good. that was rather rude of you. anyway i knew someone negative would come on here there is always one.

thank you guys for the POSITIVE pep talk. I purchased the nutribullet today and excited to start it for the next 6 weeks I will keep you guys posted. :)

  5. I stopped losing at 6 months out. its now over10 months and the same 2-5lbs bounce back and forth. I have done everything I was suppose to do. I follow the basics, i only drink Water, no soda no juice just water, sometimes with fruit in it. i dont drink before or after i eat. i excersise on the regular, actually i was doing it to much and ended up in the ER i am better now but wow what a ride.

i am back to where i was before surgery, meaning i dont know what to do anymore. nothing is working low cal low carb low fat. high cals high low Protein i am so tired of this. I have decided to except the 55lbs i have lost since 9/12/12. I am thinking maybe a cleanse might work. I am upset but it is what it is. total since pre op is ablut 80lbs lost. i have 60 more to go and i am at the point of just giving up.

  6. diet further down the page).

    Not just water!

It's important that you remain hydrated after weight loss surgery... you must drink FLUIDS (preferably, low calorie ones such as unsweetened, caffeine-free herbal tea) but not just Water.

If you only drink Water, you may develop electrolyte abnormalities such as water intoxication syndrome.

Talk with your team for recommendations specific to you, but usually no more than half of your fluids should be water.
