ok normally we increase our calories to break a stall, well that is not working for me right now, so i am going back to basicis.
here is my menu for the rest of the week.
AM 1 scrambled egg, 2 tsp light cheese, 4 strawberries
snack 1 trader joes pizza veggie burger
lunch trader joes black bean Soup, 2 tsp light cheese, 5 tortilla chips
snack 1/2 cup lowfat cottege cheese, 1/4 cup peaches
dinner premier Protein Shake
evening snack 1/4 cup almonds
total cals 934
cabs 49
protiend 87
the only problem is no workout during this week. my workouts burn up to 1000 cals. i will let you guys know what happens.

summer you are not alone
i am so confused now. i work out at least 3-4 days a week and i do turbo jam which burns 1000 cal an hour i do 30-45 mins. now i dont know how many calories to eat i make sure i get my protien in and Water. but i have gone back to some of my old ways, eating sweets from time to time. so as of tomorrow i am going back to basics. soft foods

momof girl i lost 8lbs during april and may june nada. and i still have over 60 to go. i dont know what to do anymore. eat more eat less i just dont know anymore

i think right now we are compared to the rny. we just have smaller tummies but i guess years down the road they will finally seperate the two.

man i have over 60lbs to go and ive been a snacker lately. but i also noticed when i eat more calories i drop lbs. i also had a big 8lbs loss in the month of march, and may nothing for june bummer

ok lost 8lbs 2 months later. still losing but slowlyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy. but its ok. my inches are awesome

Sooooooooooooooooooooooooo I ate bad yesterday, but the good news is I did turbo jam burning at least 500 cal today. its about balance.

I have not drank soda, but Ive had lots of alcchol. lol

OK enough, the sleeve is still pretty new so none of the drs are sure what works and what doesnt. lets stop fighting its un called for. I have found that being on here everyone has something differant. i personally think kaiser is the best, but hey thats just my opinion. i wish i went to mexico for dr alvarez he is popular. soooooooooo how is everyone doing today. i am ok just sitting here at work wishing i was home.

barisa i am doing all of that. im so confused right now. i lowered my cals went back to soft foods to see what happens than go back up to higher cals. i am not workingout because my workout burns up to 1000 cals per hour and im diong way under that for the next few days. sighhhhhhhhhhhhhhh
