    kmoore you are doing awesome girl, i so feel you on NSV. my dr at my 6 month check up told me the average lost is 60lbs in 6 months i was 6lbs shy, but when i showed her my before and after she was blown away. its not always about the numbers on the scale its the NSV and how you look and feel. i also researched my body type which is pear shape and all my fat is in my lower body unlike the apple who is in the middle. so i think its called substatious fat, if i am spelling it right and it is the toughest to lose. dar have you called your nut. what are you eating are you getting in water are you taking supplements. i noticed when i stopped taking my calcium the scale stopped and i found out my d was low. once i started both of them back the scale started moving. but its stuck again. but the dr said it will come off in waves. call your nut

    i respond to how you write to me. and i am not on a high fat diet. i am on a normal balanced diet. and it is working for ME!!!!. i sware you act like you know everything. i have a nut and a dr who instruct me. thanks anyway

    fiddleman looking good there, my gas is horrible no matter whati eat. good thing i am single. i even do it in my sleep i omg i have to run out of the room lol. why so much gas and stinks so bad. i feel like the cartoon charactors when the gas comes out green lol

    butter i was a slow loser till i changed things up. im not like you and you are not like me dear friend our bodies are differant. why do you always come on a post and be so neg to a person on what they say. im posting what works for me not you and no one else. what works for you may not work for me thats just it so dont critize me like you always do. i was informing the young lady that once i switched it up the scale moved 4lbs in 1 week. and how one loses weight is not set in stone.

    art sweetie up those calories before you go under the knife again. it worked for me . sue nice pic forme my d was low also and i hadnt taken my calcium. once i stared the calcuium and d and one meal replacement and upped my cals and healthy fats i lost 4lbs that week. i was stalled for about 2 months. get those cals in mainly if you are really working out got to feed the body teatimed its your metabolism try eating every 2-3 hrs small meals you must keep the body fueled or it will go into starvation mode. jen i am with you on all of that. i stopped being scared of carbs and cals hell i cant eat much at one time what am i scared of. lol. so good to see ppl posting. it really helps to talk to others going through the same thing. i to can eat more but in the same sense i cant eat more lol. hang in there next year we well be vets helping the newbies go through what we are going through. sorry for type o's i have to get dresssed for work and typeing super fast. later guys

    ren you wont beilive this. but i upped my carbs and lowerd my protien from 90 to 70 carbs vary from 90-150. i added healthy fats like olive oi, avecados etc. and i reduced my workouts. and the scale moved oh and i did one meal replacement. and in one week i went from 225-226 for the past 2 months to now 220 which is my goal right now. yes its slow but we are going to get there. my number are the same as yours im not saying do what i did but listen to your body if what you are doing is not working try something new we are all differant i know a lot of ppl are low carb high protien but some ppl are the opposite and i guess i am one of them

    eat eat eat. i upped my carbs (fruits and veggies) decreased protein from 90 to 70 stopped working out for 5 days and started back taking calcium and bam 4lbs oh and one meal replacement a day

    Did something I probably shouldn't have

    i cheated yesterday. as i was reading yourstory it sound so familiar, its called triggers. its like once you eat one bad thing it trigers something and you continue on after the popcorn you decided to make it a cheat day. ive done this before. i try really hard to stay away from triggers like starchy foods chips pizza all are triggers for me.

    no easter for me i am getting ready for work and i have my meals planned out already. i start back working out tonight missed about a week, hope my body remembers and pics up where is left off. lol.

    forme dont be afraid of the carbs. i eat at least 100 a day sometimes i go over but its in my dairy fruits veggies and whole grains
