    chika your rock and you ae so right. i am a size 16 now not a 26 so i am happy also. my work uniform wwent from a jacket 24 to a 16 my skirt was a 26 now a 18. so i guess that is good

    is funny i was reading the ingrediants for Quest bars and they claim to be healthy, but are loaded with lots of artifical sugars. erythintol is a sugar alchol, surclose is super sweet, stevia, lo han gue sweeter from china. it list not having sugar alchol but the ingrediants say diffearant. i compare ingrediants to other products all the time i never take the word of the product must see ingrediants. now the luna bar has brown rice syrup which is natrual i believe but the protien grams are lower than quest, so i looked at power crunch bars considered high protien low carb but also has artifical sweetner and flour?????? baking soda and palm kernal oil hummmmmmmmmmm. that explains why when i eat them i crave sugar and carbs all day. cliff bar seems to be the most natrual and is for working out. here are the list of ingrediants Ingredients: Organic Brown Rice Syrup, ClifPro® (Soy Rice Crisps [soy Protein Isolate, Rice Flour, Rice Starch, Barley Malt Extract], Organic Roasted Soybeans, Organic Soy Flour), Organic Rolled Oats, Organic Toasted Oats (Organic Oats, Organic Dried Cane Syrup, Ascorbic Acid, Natural Vitamin E [Antioxidant]), Dried Apricots (Apricots, Dried Cane Syrup, Rice Flour, Citric Acid, Ascorbic Acid), ClifCrunch® (Organic Oat Fiber, Inulin [Chicory Extract], Organic Milled Flaxseed, Organic Oat Bran, Psyllium), Organic Cane Syrup, Dried Apricots, Organic Date Paste, Organic Sunflower Oil, Natural Flavors, Lemon juice Concentrate, Citric Acid, Sea Salt, Colored with Annatto.o. help me find the fake stuff

  21. Laura im not disagreeing with the study im just saying I dont agree with eating before bed, dont eat a heavy dinner than go to bed, u have a light snack 2hrs before bed. Thats something I read, I am no nut or dr, just my 2 cents thats all.
  22. you dont wake up to eat, thats crazy. the general rule is to not eat 2hrs before bed. you can eat your 3 meals and 2 Snacks through out the day but not 2 hrs before bed. bed time is sleep time. thats funny. what if your day dont start till 1030 and your last meal for the day is your evening snack, if you are going to be up an additional 2hrs you eat. i have researched this and researched it. i even did a plan that requires you to eat 6 small meals a day lost 125lbs in 9 months. but that works. but like the op said not for everyone.

    here is my count for today. breakfast 2 chicken breakfast links, 1 scrambled egg, 1/2 english muffin(yep got it all in) snack luna bar (eat early in the day for this one 23grams of carbs) lunch 1/2 breaded chicken sandwich, made of 1/2 wheat bun, trader joes breaded chicken breast 1/2 slice light cheese lettuce tomatoe snack trader joes 5 layer bean dip 1/2 cup, trader joes no salt white corn tortilla chips 14 dinner chicken stir fry made with 2 oz grilled chicken, asparagas mushrooms onions. snack tuna salad 2 oz, 1/4 cup apple slices calories 1291 carbs 107 protien 86 fat 46
