kaiser use to be 6 months also. 3 months was good enough for me

you are not to drink and eat at the same time. each should be at least 30 mins apart. so if you eat you have to wait 30 mins to drink and you eat your protien first than you carbs

thats why i love kaiser. i started their program in feb i think. they make you attend 3 months of classes you can not get the surgery until you complete the class. it was so informative. i am getting sleeved sept 12 from feb to now a long process but i apprieciate it.

6 weeks is to long i dont think thats healthy. im on a full liquid for 2 wks. i cant imagine 6 wks

they still air my testimony girl. it works but its only for extreme weight loss you can gain it back

that happens to me im so mad because my dr wanted me to lose 10lbs so the day i went i was shy of 4lbs so he said he needed me to lose more and put me on a 2 wk liquid diet. the next day i sware i released so much water it was crazy and the scale dropped that 4lbs and i am still losing. weeks before i was walking in the hot sun and i think the body holds on to water so you dont dehydrate or something. frustrating

as you can see i lost 12lbs instead of two i have lost 6lbs in 5 days on my liquid diet. i am trying to get to 279 that was my weight before i started this plan where i lost 125lbs in 9 months and gained it all back plus 20 in less than 9 months. do you know they are still making money off my testimony. you might of seen me its called 6 week body make over. i think its only to black women on there. when you are up late night flipping the channels look out for extreme weight loss or 6 week body makeover or eat more excersise less. i cant watchit anymore grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

I realized that i will not taste eat solid for at least 3 months. I am on day three of my 2 wk liquid diet after this i will still be on liquids because my surgery is in two weeks. i didnt get to say goodbye to food i should of had a steak and seafood dinner before liquid diet but he wanted me to start right away. OMG

day 4 and this is the first time i have a cravin. hot wings BUT I KNOW AT THIS POINT IT WILL MAKE ME SICK GRRRRRRRRRRR
