    becca say it aint so. we are both at 6 months with no hair loss, do that mean it could happen to me right now? omg green love love the new pic. my nut put me on a 1200 cal plan soon as i was on solid food. excuse me 1200 or more lol. anyway i barely get that in some days i get up to over 1200 but that means i ate something i was not suppose to. my nut also said just eat balanced meals while in losing faze. its so hard to balance because i look out for sodium. if i get in all the cals i got to much sodium if i get in to little carbs not enough calories. now im working out at least 5 days a week so i need to increase to see results. sighhhhhhhhhhh

    less and fiddle thank you very much, i get down on myself at times because its slow but i know its better that way, i have lot weight fast before in the past and to only gain it all back plus.

    my two cent is the way my nut explained to me is she wants to see a balance of cal, carbs, protien, fat. which makes sense because i want to eat the way i will eat for the rest of my life. i am done with dieting low carb high protien low fat are just diets to ME she also told me not to focus on it so much, i can only eat a small amount. now i am suppose to get protien in first but she wants balance protien fruit/veggie and if room a carb. each of my meals are balanced, not low carb low fat high proein, well the protien is high. me personally i got the surgery so i wont have to diet again. i know my limits i stop when im full and i stick to basics protien Water and not drinking with meals. here is a sample of my meals daily. keep in mind i try to get a little of all food groups in at each meal today; am a whole grain cheese quesidilla, ( i had a taste for one) snack 3 oz turkey meatballs. (snacks are normal solo foods lunch 2 oz of medium shrimp stir fry with veggies ( used cooking spray and water) snack 2 oz albacore tuna low sodium tuna salad, 7 multigrain crackers dinner 1 black bean and corn enchilada with a small salad snack 1/2 cup chobani greek yogart after all of that i workout for about an hour before bed. I hope someone reads this, lots of typing lol OH and if you notice my status im losing an average of 10lbs a month some months less but i am losing and not gaining. its not falling off fast like most but slow and steady i will still get to the finish line OH surgery date was 9/12/13

    kparker that is so awesome girl i am happy for you. im just fighting sweet cravings momo you are right. but i get in at least 80grams sometimes more i will monitor it also i started eating more carbs like light chips with my sandwich etc so i now know i can no longer have them no matter how low fat they are lol

    jenn i agree i just cant have that stuff around my house i even tried trader joes cheesy tortilla chips and tim unsalted low fat chips i find i still dont have the control i should have so they are a no no for sure. scared i am so happy for you girlie you can finish

    jordan i also self destruct i think its a comfort thing. and my bougie was a 34 and at times i feel like its bigger because of the snacking. but its normal to eat every 2-3 hrs it keeps the metabolism up. i do try to stay closer to 3 hrs but sometimes i cant make it and if my body is hungry than i feed it, small healthy snacks.

  14. this journey has been up and down for me. i am a slow loser but im losing. I finally started working out and now i cant stop lol. hopefully i will have new pics ina couple of months.

    ok i caved already but i will put it back for sure. also my bp is up so i am going to start back on my pills. dont want to but need to and no more turkey jerky in my diet and no more trader joes precooked food after all of this is gone that i have already.

    sue thanks and have fun green thank you so i decided to put my scale in my car. i am working out and toning and i will freak out if the scale goes up so i wont weigh in again till march at my 6 month check up, sounds like a plan right lol

    green i have wieghts bands and dvd's all in my living room and nothing. until now what motivated me was my arms they wave after i stop waving and i dont want that. i love summer dresses and i want to look good so ive been going strong for a week now. dont worry it will happen when you least expect it, something will trigger you to move girl.
  21. I am 5 months out and a little concerned about that. try8ing to figure out how much my tummy holds now. i was told it goes from 1/2 cup to 1 cup but when, how far out
  22. my surgery was sept 12 12 some foods i cant eat a lot of but there are some i can get in. cant eat more than 4oz of cottege cheese but can eat a whole hot dog and not be stuffed. lol
