special K has a new kind of cracker out i was just looking at them! your get 23 crackers for 90 calories and there is no way i need 23 crackers so i could eat far less for way less calories! (approx 4 cals per cracker) and i buy the low fat whipped cream cheese veggie dip you get 2 table spoons for 40 cals and i add jalapenos to it which is nothing in cals because you need an entire oz of them for 5 cals and i only use 4 or so.
So for around 60 cals a nice snack thats delicious!

Do not hesitate to go see the doc! I cannot stress this enough it will only get worse odds are u are just a little to tight and the doc can do a barium swallow to check but if you keep waitin around (like I did) it will get terrible and lets just say I literally have spent the last month tryin to fight my way back to healthy all because I was stubborn. It turned into serious swelling and inflamation in my pouch from all the acid reflux sitting in there over night and I ended up not being able to eat drink or even swallow my own spit and I ended up dehydrated and almost choked to death in my sleep luckly my hubby woke me..
Not tryin to scare you just dont want you to get to this point because now I am fighting my way back threw dehyration and Constipation and all kinds of junk over somethin I could have solved months ago

Understandable but there has to be girls out side of them that could feel those needs.
Honestly i dont even talk to guys who where rude when i was fat. Not worth my time. Yes i look diffrent but im the same girl n woulda been the same badass gf then. But no people are shallow so i to have set my standards above dirtbag.

Why would you want to go for them? You werent good enough for them when you were bigger so why should they get to get with you just cause your smaller? Your still the same person just a smaller version. No offense but sounds like a bunch of shallow bi#c#es!

Good lord so,many times ive heard terrible things but here are a few that will never ever leave my head number one my step grandma looked at me and said youd be so beautiful if you werent fat what a waiste of a face.... I was so depressed and it has always stuck with me and this was 8 years ago! .. Worst high school situation I won a contest for most spirited at a pep rally walked down in front of the entire school to get my prize which was a bench seat for blechers at a football game and a guy stood up and yelled better give her two maybe then her ass will fit in it I bawled my eyes out I was so humiliated... Then a few years ago A guy I thought was finally diffrent then other guys decided to tell me after a few weeks of seeing each other that I was so great and pretty and he had never had so much in common with a girl but that he could never really be in a relationship with me because his friends would never stop teasing him because of how big I was and he didnt want to deal with it..this is after I was down a hundred pounds from my band n feelin pretty giod about myself... Well good for him because im now married to a real man who loves this girls curves n supports me in every way .. Ppl.suck

My little man was born April.26th @ 11:11am. 7lbs 9 oz 19.5. Inches. 6 days late! I had a great pregnancy and a wonderful vaginal delivery. Doctors went on and on how I would need a csection and everything went wonderfully all on its own.
My band was empty due to an illness a month prior to finding out I was pregnant. The last month I was very thankful it was empty because I was so swollen i started to get a lot of restriction. Other then my port sticking out super far there was nothing band related to complain about! Hope everyone is doing well on thier band journey. I am already down 32 lbs since.delivery hoping to keep on that path

My little man was born April.26th @ 11:11am. 7lbs 9 oz 19.5. Inches. 6 days late! I had a great pregnancy and a wonderful vaginal delivery. Doctors went on and on how I would need a csection and everything went wonderfully all on its own.
My band was empty due to an illness a month prior to finding out I was pregnant. The last month I was very thankful it was empty because I was so swollen i started to get a lot of restriction. Other then my port sticking out super far there was nothing band related to complain about! Hope everyone is doing well on thier band journey. I am already down 32 lbs since.delivery hoping to keep on that path

The more weight I lose the more energy I have and the sexier I feel.. Absolutley love puttin on somethin sexy I couldnt have worn before n showin it off to my hubby even got some sexy costumes n heels .. Im still big but my hubby loves my curves and with each pound lost I become more confident in my skin which comes out in the bedroom.. I used to be lights off covers on still half dressed now im down to be on top callin the shots n hes lovin it which makes me even more confident ..
