special K has a new kind of cracker out i was just looking at them! your get 23 crackers for 90 calories and there is no way i need 23 crackers so i could eat far less for way less calories! (approx 4 cals per cracker) and i buy the low fat whipped cream cheese veggie dip you get 2 table spoons for 40 cals and i add jalapenos to it which is nothing in cals because you need an entire oz of them for 5 cals and i only use 4 or so.
So for around 60 cals a nice snack thats delicious!

well this isnt really a helpful band tip but one thing i wish i would have done the night before my surgery is measure myself!!! and took lots of full body pics so i could have some for comparison now. I think it would be really nice to be able to see how many inches i have lost from my hips and waist and bust line but i was nervous and totally spaces it off!! plus i always used to make sure that my pics where from the chest up because i was embarrassed so i really have no full body pics to compare to now.

Good lord so,many times ive heard terrible things but here are a few that will never ever leave my head number one my step grandma looked at me and said youd be so beautiful if you werent fat what a waiste of a face.... I was so depressed and it has always stuck with me and this was 8 years ago! .. Worst high school situation I won a contest for most spirited at a pep rally walked down in front of the entire school to get my prize which was a bench seat for blechers at a football game and a guy stood up and yelled better give her two maybe then her ass will fit in it I bawled my eyes out I was so humiliated... Then a few years ago A guy I thought was finally diffrent then other guys decided to tell me after a few weeks of seeing each other that I was so great and pretty and he had never had so much in common with a girl but that he could never really be in a relationship with me because his friends would never stop teasing him because of how big I was and he didnt want to deal with it..this is after I was down a hundred pounds from my band n feelin pretty giod about myself... Well good for him because im now married to a real man who loves this girls curves n supports me in every way .. Ppl.suck

Congrats! It will get better and better .. Before my surgery i.couldnt zip up a pair of 30's now im in a 22. And i went from a 4x shirt to an xl!
I still have my biggest pair of clothes and it blows my mind to look at them.

Im truly not sure why people get so worked up over silly things. When i log on threw my phone every post from every category for the past 3 days loads not individual categories.
I read the title and if its not something i want to read i move along to something else.
To the original poster of this im not highly religious but i enjoy your posts stay inspired if god keeps you modivated thats wonderful congrats on your success!

If this was the "easy way out" i wouldnt still have 80 lbs to lose 4 yrs out. Its a tool not a quick fix!

Congrats on this life changing decision!.. I was 19 when i had my surgery. I was 420 when i went in. I to wanted those exact things
This can be a seriously long journey but its worth it. Im down 150 pounds and still pluggin away.

Im 4 years out and i still have dayd where i cry because im so frustrated with my band. Its a love hate relationship but we make it work

Understandable but there has to be girls out side of them that could feel those needs.
Honestly i dont even talk to guys who where rude when i was fat. Not worth my time. Yes i look diffrent but im the same girl n woulda been the same badass gf then. But no people are shallow so i to have set my standards above dirtbag.

Its sucks yes but part of your new life. Threw out there will be times you have to resort back to liquids for a few days because of tightness. swelling. or over eating at a diffrent meal.
I promise once you start seeing the weightloss you wont even mind the awful menu.
Only thing that bothered me was trying to drink a protien shake while i could smell something delicious being cooked by someone else in the house knowing i couldnt have i. So i took those opportunities to go for a walk. you can do this!
