Ginger ale and I are also good friends lol.. they are going to prescribe me something for it though since it keeps getting worse. I've used a heating pad on them it helps a lot but a bath sounds nice. When is your guys next check up?

My due date is april 20th lol. I am soooo sick every smell about kills me and if I get hot I instantly feel terrible! And to top it off my boobs are killin me. If I even bump them I just about scream.

Seein that little heart beating on yhe screen really gave me a new found hope I wasn't sure I could truly find

It got pushed back to Thursday but I had a small amount of brown spotting and got nervous so I went to the ER and all my hormone levels are good my cervix is closed and I saw the baby and its hearbeat:) so pretty happy at this point but still very nervous. Also I'm only 6.5 weeks along my due date predictor was wrong because my periods aren't standard every 26 days like most girls its about every 36.

I am currently 295 and pregnant. I have had 2 miscarriages I do not believe that it was related to my weight or band. The first time I was pregnant I had 2 ccs taken out because I wad struggling to eat all my protein and veggies so I figured it best to remove the saline and eat right for the baby. Bit my doc said as long as you are consuming th needed amount of vitamins, water, protien, and nutients you and your bany need there is no need to remove any fluid.

Follow it exactly!! It sucks but believe me a swollen liver is the last thing you want when you go in there!

I was only outta surgery for five minutes when I jumped up and scared the crap outta the nurse pushing my bed to yhe recovery room and I tried pullin off all my blankets and started yellin "did you cut me all the way open?" I was so large before surgery my biggest fear was laprascopic wasn't going to be an option once they got in there. She jumped screamed holy hell why are you awake? Lol

Has anyone tried these? My grandma bought the gallon of vanilla powder then decided to go for a diffrent diet so she gave it to me. Its a protien shake and full of Vitamins plus a weightloss supplement. You just add it to 8 oz of skim milk. Or 100% juice and replace 2 meals a day with it. Just wondered if anyone has used it before. I am going to start it tommorrow and see what happens. I've been sitting at the same weight for three weeks can't hurt to try it.

Yes it is.. mine was also sewn in but it has came unattached three times now I have scar tissue there and it wont stay put ..

I also have a mobile port. I've had two revisions and its once again loose. My advice if they can still access it let it be! My port revisions were far worse then the surgery!!

Oh you will believe me!!! Your energy level will be up and you will start to feel sexier!

I will definatley look into the progesterone. I had someone else tell me that could be my problem. So sorry for those of you who have also miscarried its a heartbreaking situation that never truly leaves your thoughts

This super thick slimy spit that your mouth excreeds like a fire hose when your stuck. The body doesn't realize your band is the reason your stuck your brain assumes you are choking so it signals your body to make this super thick slick spit to help you remove the object from your throat.

LOL i did the same thing my second week post op! my family was having a BBQ and there were doritos on the table and licked the cheese off l4 of them and my grandma laughed so hard. I was pretty satisfied with the taste lol

well this isnt really a helpful band tip but one thing i wish i would have done the night before my surgery is measure myself!!! and took lots of full body pics so i could have some for comparison now. I think it would be really nice to be able to see how many inches i have lost from my hips and waist and bust line but i was nervous and totally spaces it off!! plus i always used to make sure that my pics where from the chest up because i was embarrassed so i really have no full body pics to compare to now.

I am so sorry to hear this! I to have had so many unfills its unbelievable! i am sitting on empty right now and fighting so hard to not gain weight that Ive worked so hard to lose but of course I'm super hungry because i have no restriction!!! I hope things get better for you

because right after a fill your band is tight and if you try to eat solids right away you will most likely stretch your pouch or get something stuck. It needs a few days to adjust to the new restriction that way your not throwing up or heading back to the doc to get an unfill.

They have 6 grams of sugar vs the 19 in my breakfast carnations!!!

My poor boobs look horrid .... I had 44 DDD and now I'm a 38 D... they look so sad and deflated and so much skin! My husband doesn't mind but I'm so self concious about them.

I wondered because last time I had a bad stuck episode I ended up with a swollen pouch and as it started to heal i ended up with a lot of excess gas trapped under my rib cage and my side was killing me. It felt like a period but worse. I ended up extremely constipated to and felt terrible. So I went back to liquids took some gas x and used a heating pad and a day later felt exellent. Thay crazy cramping feeling is absolutley terrible.

I swallowed chewing gum once... I was so nervous! Luckly I had not had a fill in a while and it passed threw! Ive never been told not to chew gum but I understand why its not a wise choice. Most definately dont need a huge wad of gum getting stuck in there! I was to nervous to eat solid food after surgery I actually stayed on liquids 2 weeks longer then I needed to. Until my dad forced me try somethin! Not chewing is strange though I bought minature ice cube trays that were about the size of sonic ice and made crystal light ice cubes and crunched on those! It was nice to chew something plus they were full of flavor and no calories!

Question though are you having and side pain or under your rib cage pain?
