Go get a slight unfill! Or atleast visit your doc for a barium swallow and see what they suggest. Because the longer you wait the worse it gets and all its doing is inflamming your band. I just went threw this was stubborn and didnt go in amd it ended up si swollen and inflammed I couldnt swallow my own spit and I ended up almost chokin to death in my sleep not to mention totalky dehydrated

I absolutley love crystal light so many flavor options and you cant taste that its low cal or sugar substitue and it helps you get your water in theh even have teas and mornong orange juice drinks with only 5 calories per bottle.. Favorite food is hard to say because my band loves to change its mind but chili is great so many ways you can make it and get plenty of protien in I use ground turkey not hamburger because it will not go threw my band and cant get enough grilled chicken because its great with a side of skim cottage cheese or over some veggies .. My taste buds have changed alot there are many things I used to.eat before my band I cant stand now

Hey!! Youll do great I am 5'5 started at 420 bmi 70 ive lost 150 lbs so far my dad is 6ft and started at 479 and he has lost over 200 pounds.. They will most likley say the same thing to you as me though that any weight you can lose ahead of time will help the surgery go smoother and probably put you on a liquid diet because severly morbidly obese patients have very swollen livers and this helps the swelling

Not sure how you or the guests feel about pumpkin flavor but on mine my step mom made me this pumpkin pie fluff you use a can of pumkin and a thing of lite cool whip and add cinnoman and ginger it tastes pretty good and very low calories it was a reciepe from her weight watchers

You seem to have so much going on and I am right there with you. First thing you shod know is constant stress will cause your band to tighten itself true fact ive asked my surgeon. I wish I could help with all yhe stressful things you sound swamped.. My suggestion go for a small unfill it should stop the lump in your throat and give you a little less restriction then you can start eating healthier which in turn will eliminate a littlr of your stress toward urself and make sure you are taking vitamins! They really do help you feel better. And dont stress about all the bad youve heard about the band ofcourse there are complications that comes with any surgery and you by far do not sound like you need anymore stress right now. Make sure you visit your band doc regularly and then they can check for complications! Six years out and I still take 2 Multivitamins and im starting calcium today. Doc really stressed the importance of this. After you start getting fills you will have tough days where getting all the Vitamins you need isnt so easy. So better safe then sorry plus band or not a flinestone a day is good for everybody

The more weight I lose the more energy I have and the sexier I feel.. Absolutley love puttin on somethin sexy I couldnt have worn before n showin it off to my hubby even got some sexy costumes n heels .. Im still big but my hubby loves my curves and with each pound lost I become more confident in my skin which comes out in the bedroom.. I used to be lights off covers on still half dressed now im down to be on top callin the shots n hes lovin it which makes me even more confident ..

Lmfao ok first off some of the things said here have literally almost made me pee myself.. My husband and I have done it a few times with mixed results a few times absolutley terrible for me, a couple of times standable and once was so unbelievable awesome I cant explain to you the orgasim was out of this world... All depends on the day I guess.. But being close minded you may miss somethin that really turns you on

I cant compaire before and after the band because I hadnt had sex yet but I will say im married now and this last 65lbs.ive lost has made me feel like super women lol I decided to venture out with my new found sexual confidence.and take a ride.on top and my husband was.stunned, amazed,.and cant get enough and either can I gotta love bein in control and.feelin sexy while doin it!
