I too had the hernia repair and I'm not having chest pain. Also I can bet down 3 shakes and 32 oz of water/ crystal light. Have y'all been walking and have y'all had a BM? -
I know they say no crunches but never mentioned laughing or coughing.....

ok i took the milk of mag yesturday and i been up relieving myself all night. to make a long story short as of now I feel alot better I am just hungry smh

I've been using eas since march and I don't get tired of them. They have fudge chocolate strawberry dark chocolate and moca I never tried the dark chocolate but I have some waiting to be tested lol -

I'm on a clear liquid I am allowed to have diet tea water and crystal light Monday I start my shakes but Thea phase 1 how long is phase one ? And from what I am hearing on here I could have mushies. I'm starting to feel hungry and I'm not taking in all the liquids I am suppose to. The doc wants me to take in 42 oz and I can finish a 16oz can smh.

I told my husband but i don't think he remembers lol my mom and my auntie and I just found out my mom to my other auntie. But no one else knows when I went into surgery everyone thinks I was getting my hernia fixed. Seems to be working out perfectly. -

Ok I still have a lot of gas I was banded yesturday .I'm not feeling it in my shoulders no more but right under my ribs and abdonimals if full I fluffed 2x but that's it. I've been walking idk wht else to do.
