I made it out 1 month 37 lbs down still Not enough fluids or protein and a lil dizzy at times but for the most part I'm fine the sleeve is not so bad so far so good

I'm in Sw 274 Gw 240 I need to get in my protein Walk 30 mins Get in 64oz water

I sleep only 6 hrs and I'm use to 8 to 10 lol but when u wake up does greenish yellow stuff come up it shoots out and wakes me up at times it's like throw up or sumthin but this is how I wake up everyday I'm so annoyed

6 days but I think I did to much I'm not feeling to good and I really didn't do much

So sorry Just was tryna get pass it they said that could have very well been it drink a little sugar water and I was fine I'm 7 days post op and had pretty good days until now stress Putting my boyfriend out ugh I'm in pain how long before you went on about your regular life

Surgery went well guys just bad gas pain Tylenol and gas x seems to work for me

Well procedure went well seems like the gas is not going anywhere I just stay drugged up in so much pain it feels like I just had a fight does gas x strips work ?my throat neck back and chest hurt ugh

My surgery is at 4 and I'm so scared just tryna stay prayed up
