Me too, I had surgery Tuesday am I am home and having a hard time taking my meds. I have a popping feeling everytime i drink. kinda painful.

Good I will wait, it's just easier than unscrewing a cap everytime I want a drink, plus I like to reuse and they don't funky like the metal water cans

I don't like how long it is in your system, I had a tumor removed from my stomach 7 years ago and I felt like sleeping for 2 weeks. I don't think I will be out that long for this surgery but this time i have kids that need me I don't want to be sleepy, but dont want pain either.

I use green enchalada sauce, I even throw he chicken in frozen. let it cook when I am at work then shred it with some forks I do drain most of the sauce and add it to beans. My kids love it too!
