I have done a years worth of research so far. I have bought books and spent hours online looking at forums and just researching all bariatric surgeries. I also work in the hospital here in town where I will be having surgery. It is a bariatric Center of Excellence so I also talk to my friends that work in that section of the hospital. I have quit drinking soda and am putting much more effort into keeping a food journal...this is hard for me for some reason. I am excersing more and got a family pass to our local pool to try and get out and be more active. Thank you ladies for the info! I hope you are all doing well
