If you have a compounding pharmacy near you they can offer different methods of delivery with different meds. Many meds can be made chewable or liquid. Some can even be made topical. And the crazy thing is quite often compounding pharmacies can offer these options even cheaper than the original medication.

Hi, as my screen name indicates, I'm a sleever. I've been on the sleeve forum a few months now. I am interested in learning more about all forms of WLS. I'm pretty familiar withe mechanics of each of the operations. What I'm really interested is more of the personal experiences. What is life like post band, do you still feel hunger after your pouch is full? Not referring to head hunger here. That's an issue surgery cannot fix. I appreciate any responses you may offer and am happy to offer my experiences(if desired) on the sleeve side.

Mexico? Yeah, there might be 1 or 2 people on this forum that went to Mexico. Or maybe even 100 or more of us. Let's start off with, who is your surgeon? I bet we can even go as far as find someone hat has even used your surgeon. Mine was Dr. Ponce de Leon in TJ MX.

Don't forget Hemp protein. It is the only known vegan protein that has a complete ammino acid structure.

The Vitamin Shoppe is much more geared toward the average person being healthy. GNC is more geared toward meatheads, but they are doing a lot more daily living stuff than they use to. Just remember to check the ingredients. I know most pure Whey protien isolates will be labeled "lactose free".

As the ladies have already stated, timing is everything. Water weighs 8lbsper gallon, I know I can pee a quart. So that's about 2 lbs fluctuation in a minute or so.

May 23rd, as of last Saturday I was down 67lbs. Not bad considering this is with 0 exercise. Knee & ankle problems have kept me down for the last month. And TBH, I was just lazy the first month.

Look at the ingredients on the mix. Whey Protein isolate is the best protein you can get. And by isolating the protien they remove all lactose from the mix. But make sure whey protien isolate is the only source of protein in your mix Most mixes will also contain whey protien concentrate, milk protien, Calcium cassinate, or other milk derived Proteins that are not lactose free Both unjury & Syntrax nectar use pure whey protein isolate. Another option for protein that that is that has a full ammino acid structure is Hemp protein. Hemp is the only plant based protein that has all ammino acids. You could assemble a variety of plant proteins to get all the ammino acids, but that's too much work for me to mess with.
