  1. I think if did a pickle relish you'd be ok.
  2. The latest for me is the premier protien. They are a bit high on calories (about 280-290) but they also have 30 grams of protien. Not a bad idea to break these in half.
  3. Nothing!!!! I thought I'd miss something, but now when I think of all the foods I loved all I can think about is how much damage they did to my health. Nope, don't miss it a bit
  4. Ewwwwww grossss!!!! It's never ok to eat those nasty things. Whoever decided to ruin a perfectly good cucumber by drowning it in vinegar(and a few other things) should have been keel hulled. Blech nasty
  5. This is good advice. From everything I've read, skin will continue to shrink & tighten for up to 2 years before its done. So assuming it takes 1year+- to reach goal. I think by getting cosmetic surgery before this could very well be paying someone to fix something that your body might have been able to take care of itself. Of course this wouldn't apply to "medically necessary" skin removal.
  6. First off, don't be embarrassed to ask anything here, chances are someone here has experienced it. It just so happens that this none is is something pretty much all of us have had to deal with. My recommendation is Colace, I use the Sam's Club version. Two pills per day, makes it so much more bearable
  7. I'm kinda torn on this one. Most actors & actresses are very motivated & diciplined people. They gain & lose weight for movie rolls on a regular basis. Look at Sylvester Stallone in Copland or Uma Thurman in the movie Monster. These are two examples of 2 normally very healthy people that gained significant weight quickly, the removed it quickly afterward. One of the major differences here is not only are they diciplined, but they have the means to hire a professional trainer/dietician/chef full time. Though I believe that many in Hollywood have used WLS to trim themselves, I don't believe it's as rampant as we would like to believe.
  8. W00T W00T!!!! Truck it up! Great job. We got yer back door
  9. There are actually several TN. sleepers on this forum. There is another thread, I think it's got Nashville in the title. I live in Missouri right now, but I'm from the 'boro. Mom & most of her side of the family still live here.
  10. Umm, well, actually they are my wife's recipes. I'm just one of those lucky guys that ended up with a woman that seems to enjoy doing anything she can for me. I'll ask her to write then down so I can transcribe them onto here
  11. If you google it they have a store locator on their website. I live in a pretty small town & there are 4 stores near me that carry it. Or you can order it by the case from their site.
  12. There are healthy ways of makin most any dressing. I love ranch. There is a recipe in the foods section on how to make it with Greek yogurt that taste like hidden valley.
  13. Its Peanut Butter that has had 80+- % of its fat removed. Also it's a powder
  14. I too hav not really experienced liquid restriction. I've been able to drink at a normal rate since 3 days after surgery (didn't try before that)
  15. Get off the scale. Sometimes I think we trade out food addiction for a scale addiction. I know it's hard to resist, but like anything else it gets easier with time. You'll never quite understand how much stress it releases by scaling weekiy. Hey, doesn't stress affect weight loss?
  16. Well, let's see, I've seen a lot of recomendations for Gas-X strips, never needed them myself. Hunger? I have het to feel hunger at all. I had a few cravings early on but even those went away pretty quickly. Numb butt syndrome---- I'm totally lost on this one.
