Premier Protein Shakes at Amazon.com $7/Case!
O.T.R. sleever replied to BrickHouse's topic in Protein, Vitamins, and Supplements
I'm sure it's not. Premier recently change their packaging. Best I can tell this is how they are liquidating all their old style packaging. And for amytug. They are limiting the chocolate flavor. The vanilla as of now aren't limited. -

O.T.R. sleever replied to gastrix's topic in Tell Your Weight Loss Surgery Story
Quite normal. It is a result of ketosis. It is temporary, as the weight loss slows the breath will clear up too. -

It's been a while since I actually ran the numbers, but 20-25% @ two months post op, 40-50% @ six months, 70-80% @ one year. That's the numbers that seem to be most prevalent.

spanx everyday
O.T.R. sleever replied to victoriatxgirl's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
I really don't like Spanx. They're too tight in certain areas. I don't exactly want all areas to look smaller. -
If you calculate your excess body fat and measure your loss as a percentage excess body fat lost, you will find that the vast majority of us lose at about the same rate. The reason low BMI sleevers lose slower is because they have less to lose.

I don't k know how good they are, but I was checking out a protein shake this morning called "about time". They will send you 2 individual packets for $4 including shipping. Your choice of flavors. I always like to do samples on stuff before buying any real quantity. Unjury, Nectar, and Chike all have samplers too.

Ever in the clear.
O.T.R. sleever replied to AZPete's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
I don't think a leak would manifest itself as incisional pain. But at 3months out id recommend getting it looked at. That is of course unless you recall over working & tearing the incision, in which case I'd say otr still healing. -
Their website has a store locator. Once you've tried it & decide you like it the best price I've found on it is through amazon. You can get 1lb vaccume packs for under $9

Ever in the clear.
O.T.R. sleever replied to AZPete's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
It is generally accepted that you are fully healed at 6 weeks. If you haven't had any bad negative side effects by then you can assume that you are in the clear.
