Be very careful with this assumption. Possession & use is still a violation of federal law, which means it is illegal everywhere inside the United States. To help me keep track of my liquids I bought bottled Water. I'd take 4 bottles every morning and set them together I knew by looking at what was left how much I had drank. 4-16.9oz(0.5L) bottles = 67.6oz Or if you use 1L bottles you only need 2 of them. I quickly got to the point that I was meeting my minimums by 2-3pm and was getting bonus hydration after that.

Slim fast is a meal replacement shake. What we need is a protein supplement. Meal replacement shakes are designed to to have a much higher caloric & carb density in comparison to protein supplements which are designed to deliver maximum proteinase efficiently as possible.

Just a note here, in order to make this a true apples to apples comparison, you needto be using a standard BMI. Since normal ranges anywhere from 18-25that in itself can skew the numbers signifigantly. I always use 25 as a base when calculating this for people. Since 25 is the top of the normal chart, I consider any additional loss as icing on the cake.
