I've been seeing a lot of posts lately about people consuming 40-60g of Protein in one "meal". Remember, your body is incapable of absorbing more than 27g at a time, and shorter, less muscular people could be as low as 19g. Think about it. If you are consuming 60g protein and +- 350calories, you'd be much better off cutting your portion in 1/2 or even thirds depending on your body. Really, if you can only utilize 30g of protein, why not cut your calories in half also? Here's an article that might explain it better. http://www.theiflife.com/how-much-protein-per-day-build-muscle/

HELP! eating more-gain weight still, 1.5year after pregnancy, AND PROZAC for depression.....
O.T.R. sleever replied to anastasia35's topic in Pregnancy with Weight Loss Surgery
Yup, I'd recommend a complete reset. Go back like you just had surgery and progress through the stages. Watch those sugars. Stay away from sugars & starches for (at least) a few weeks. These foods stimulate the same receptors in your brain that drugs & alchohol do for their addictions. The stimulate cravings for more starches & sugars. If you can get away from them for a few weeks you'll notice the cravings will be greatly reduced. -

If you are less than 6 weeks out I would avoid it, the seeds kinda scare me. After 6weeks keep in mind they are high in sugar so moderation is key. -

getting in your protein!
O.T.R. sleever replied to HeadMistress's topic in PRE-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
Just so you know, the bodies inability to process more than 19-27g of Protein at a time has nothing to do with the surgery. Right now you are consuming 200g protein, and only utilizing about 1/2 of it. Not that that's necessarily a bad thing. But you are consuming double the calories you need to for he limited benefit. -

Most of what I read says it has much more. Remember, we measure protein in grams, 150mg = 0.150g -

We never "get over" that. Besides, there could be a benefit, it's a great source of Protein. -

The fact that she posted here tells me that she wants the surgery, & is either looking for support, or a way to respond to her parents that will help them understand where she is coming from. -
You can expect to see about 1" more penis per 35lbs of weight loss. Of course this is limited to the the amount of fat surrounding yours. I have lost just shy of 100lbs & can say it is verry noticeable. And with less fat around it, holding it up, it does hang lower (appear even larger) flacid.

Wow, I wonder why I become less & less interested in coming to the forum. I think I'm going to start a forum of my own. I'm going to call it "Man Bashers". I'm sure I'll be so overwhelmed with members I'll be able to charge a membership fee, and sell advertisement at the same time. -

That is likely Aspartame. There have several studies that show that side effect.
