  4. Put hersey's kisses or nuggets in the freezer. When the urge hits, eat one. Because it's frozen it takes about 5 minutes for it to dissolve. Satisfies me.

  7. I made a big pot of chili and got 1 cup ziploc containers. I put in freezer and take one for lunch. By the time I'm ready for lunch the chili has defrosted and ready to microwave.
  8. I mix mine tube with 16oz of Water. Easier to get down
  9. Here's crazy for you. I went to Florida on vacation 5 weeks after my surgery. I had to have sweet tea. I drank from a straw and didn't realize it until I was home 2 weeks and was trying to figure out how I was going to drink ice tea from dunkin donuts.

  13. Walk. Gas-x strips also. Walking seems to work the best. Even up and down the hall
  14. Sleep apnea does not stop you from having surgery. It becomes a reason to have the surgery. I found out from my sleep study that I "wake up" 69 times in an hour. The dr described it as someone shaking me awake every minute. My surgeon only required that I stay on it two weeks before my procedure.
  15. Post op visit. Down 20 lbs. hunger is not as bad. Chobani yogurt is my friend. Have to wait to Sunday for mushies/chicken. Trying to get liquids down.
  16. Good luck. That day is the first step in the new journey that awaits us.
  17. Tried syntrax. Did not like it. Thanks for the suggestion. I'm hoping for puréed chicken and baby food fruits. I just need to hold out until Sunday.
  18. Thanks, DeAna. I visited my primary today who sells Ideal protein. Got some cream of chicken soup with 21 grams of protein per serving. Fill a little more satisfied today.
